PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
I understand that while I am at Ferguson's Orchards, I may be photographed, and those photos may be used for social media or other marketing purposes.

A person who observes or participates in an agricultural tourism activity on this property assumes the risks inherent in the agricultural tourism activity. Risks inherent in the agricultural tourism activity may include conditions on the land, the unpredictable behavior of farm animals, the ordinary dangers associated with equipment used in farming operations, and the potential that a participant in the agricultural tourism activity may act in a negligent way that may contribute to injury or death. Further, you fully accept such risk and agree to hold harmless Ferguson's Morningside Orchard LLC (aka Ferguson's Orchards), along with its owners, staff, and any affiliates should any issue, injury, illness or death arise for any reason to yourself, any member of your family, or any member in attendance with you.

By signing below, I agree for all of those in my party and agree to hold harmless and do forever release Ferguson's Morningside Orchard LLC or Ferguson's Minnesota Harvest Orchards, LLC (aka Ferguson's Orchards) for all current and future liability related to this visit.
